Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CloudToolbox (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

CloudToolbox provides free online tools — including file converters and calculators — made available "as is," without a subscription or account. We may add, change, or remove tools at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or process files you don't have the legal right to use;
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or malicious (including malware);
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the Service — including exceeding published file-size limits, automating requests beyond what a reasonable individual user would generate, or attempting to circumvent rate limits;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without permission.

We may limit, throttle, or block access for any use that we believe violates these terms or threatens the stability of the Service, with or without notice.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to any file you upload. We claim no ownership over it. You're solely responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to upload and convert it. See our Privacy Policy for how long files are retained.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that conversions will be error-free, that results will meet your requirements, or that the Service will be available uninterrupted. Calculators and converters are provided for general, informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, or other expert advice — see also our Legal Notices.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudToolbox and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party infrastructure and advertising providers (including Amazon Web Services and Google AdSense) to operate. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable.

7. Termination

We may suspend or block access to the Service for any user or request, at any time, for any reason — including suspected abuse or violation of these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
